Lady Wigram Retirement Village, a state of the art residential and care facility in Wigram, Christchurch, is on the lookout for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our clinical hospital team. Lady Wigram, which is a family owned and operated business, has 101 fully occupied villas and 78 apartments all providing independent living. We have a 140 bed care facility, including 60 hospital, 40 rest home and 40 dementia. This is an opportune time for a passionate R.N within the aged care sector to join our team, being well supported by our Clinical Co-coordinators along with our Nurse Manager. This is a fixed term role to cover maternity leave (12 months) starting in September 2026 in our 60 bed hospital facility, working Monday, Friday and Sunday from 2.24pm until 11.15pm (3 shifts per week with the opportunity to pickup shifts to cover for leave). RequirementsYou will be responsible for our residents during duty and directing our experienced, friendly Caregivers.

Your written and verbal communication skills will be at a high standard, and you will also be competent in computer literacy with concise clear documentation skills. You must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand. Valid First Aid Certificate is an advantage. |
