Founder John Tooby has over 35 years of experience in the aged care and retirement living industry. Together with his daughters, Olivia and Charlotte, he leads a hands-on management team that is actively involved in the day-to-day life of the Village. By keeping management local and accessible, residents and families enjoy direct communication, genuine relationships, and responsive support from the people who know the community best.
